Return Policy

GENERAL

At Akattak.com, we offer FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS on almost every item we carry, so there's no risk. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. And if your item(s) is eligible, we'll also issue you a FREE return label. Just follow these simple guidelines:

Returned items must be in new condition.

  1. Akattak.com will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been already used. 

  2. The original box/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.

  3. Please pack VAPE product, box, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original box, using the box as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

  4. You must have a return authorization number for ALL returns and exchanges.

  5. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Please contact us for your return authorization code, to receive a free return label (if your item(s) is eligible for free return), and to place a new order. Use the code to complete the provided return form. If you do not have a return form, click here. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.

Return Shipping Charges: If the item(s) purchased is not eligible for FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.

Items Returned for Exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

To return products for a refund, please contact us for a return authorization code and complete the provided return form. If you do not have a return form, click here.

Return Shipping Charges: If the item(s) purchased is not eligible for FREE SHIPPING & FREE RETURNS, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or USPS) for all returns.
